West Winds Assisted Living was designed with your comfort in mind. All rooms overlook beautifully landscaped areas and the mature trees around the property. Each wing includes a an enjoyable Sitting Alcove and Resident Lounge. The facility offers eight unit types with various options offered available.  The Studio, Deluxe Alcove and 1-Bedroom Deluxe units are also available to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Roomates and length of contract:
Each room can be rented as a Private, or Sermi Private apartment.  Rental agreements can be as short as 3 days for respite care, or on a month to month agreement for an indefinate stay.

Pricing:
Our prices vary on the size of the apartment you choose, the length of stay, and whether you will live alone, or with a roommate.   Please contact Kelly at 813-783-8100 or email her at businessdirector@verizon.net to inquire about prices of  units.  She can also give you important information about receiving Medicaid or VA benefits to help cover your stay with us. 

What does the price include?

• In-house chefs ensure residents enjoy three delicious and balanced meals daily, as well as a 24 our Cafe' serving free cappucino, drinks, snacks, fresh fruit, and fresh baked goods.
• Each unit has a kitchenette for resident’s private use.
• A Private Dining area available for resident use with family and friends, as well as a large community dinning room, seating 95 people.
• Screened porches to enjoy our beautiful Florida weather.
• Free cable access is included in all rooms. Channel selection from 2 to 95.
• Residents have access to staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Medication assistance and management.
• Assistance with personal care, such as bathing, using the restroom, reminders for dinner and medication time, etc.
• Housekeeping and Daily Trash Pick-up are provided.
• Two laundry room facilities are available for resident's personal use.
• Transportation services to and from planned activities as well as doctors appointments.
• Access tp Physicians and Certified Rehabilitation Specialists (they are not billed through us, but we can help you to find one that accepts your insurance).
• All utilities except private telephone and internet.
• Planned programs and activities.
