Thank you for your for your interest in West Winds Assisted Living Facility! We are delighted to have the opportunity to offer such a lovely home to the residents of Hillsborough and Pasco County.

We have a very unique building, with 5 wings that are assisted living, as well as a memory care wing. Our memory care side is such an asset! As the aging process progresses, we have the ability to transfer members from our assisted living wings to our memory care side and they are still able to remain in their home here at West Winds, surrounded by friends and family. Our memory care prices are primarily an all inclusive rate (we call this Level “4” care), while our assisted side of the building has care levels 1-3 available.

We have many different floor plans available to suit the needs of all of our residents. Our apartments are much larger than other assisted living facilities, ranging from 300 sq. ft to 650 sq. ft. These rooms are available as semi-private (living with a spouse or roommate) or private. Depending on what size room you are interested in and what level of care you need will help determine the price. Prices begin on our assisted living side at $2,400 a month and in our memory secured unit they start at $3,100 a month.  Just a few things included in these basic rates are 3 meals a day prepared by our executive chef, 24 hours café offering cappuccino, tea and treats,  weekly housekeeping, maintenance to their apartment, activities and entertainment, cable, water, electric, bathing assistance, medication assistance, grooming, and dressing assistance. In addition to all of the services we offer here at West Winds, we also have an onsite beauty salon open 5 days a week.
